Q: Can I close the page during conversion?

A: We recommend keeping the page open until conversion completes. Closing the page may interrupt the process.

A: Yes, we take privacy seriously. All data transfers use HTTPS encryption. The server doesn't permanently store your files - they're automatically cleaned after conversion.

Q: Do you read my file contents?

A: Absolutely not. Our system only performs format conversion. We never read, analyze, or store file contents.

Q: How long are converted files stored?

A: Converted files are stored briefly (usually a few hours) for download. We recommend downloading immediately after conversion.
